About me

I help leaders navigate complexity, accelerate capability, and deliver change with confidence.

I’m Raechelle McLean - change adviser, leadership coach, mentor and trusted thinking partner to executives, transformation leaders and high-growth organisations.


For more than two decades I’ve worked inside complex programs, transformations and moments of organisational stretch - where decisions matter, pace counts, and clarity is the difference between progress and stall.


I’ve led, coached, advised and supported leaders across government, higher education, financial services, retail, national sporting organisations, telcos and other industries- always with a human-first lens and a bias for action over noise.

Where I’ve been

I’ve worked across transformation and capability in organisations where momentum matters - including large ERP and digital programs, enterprise change portfolios, workforce uplift initiatives and rapid advisory engagements.


My work includes:

  • Designed and implemented enterprise change practices
  • Leadership coaching for executives and senior leaders

I’ve contributed as a speaker and facilitator across leadership, change and capability - including Agile Australia, the Cemeteries Trust Conference, and the Club of United Business - and co-developed practical insights for practitioners including the Change Management Institute whitepaper (2015) on agile ways of working.


I also facilitate employee listening and behavioural insight workshops using platforms such as Workday Peakon and Culture Amp - because data means more when it connects to behaviour.
