I’ve contributed as a speaker and facilitator across leadership, change and capability - including Agile Australia, the Cemeteries Trust Conference, and the Club of United Business - and co-developed practical insights for practitioners including the Change Management Institute whitepaper (2015) on agile ways of working.
I also facilitate employee listening and behavioural insight workshops using platforms such as Workday Peakon and Culture Amp - because data means more when it connects to behaviour.
